Terms of Service

Introduction

• I accept commission requests at my discretion.

• I accept commissions for artwork of original characters, pets, and any species of animal.

• Please no human or NSFW artwork.

• Please send an initial inquiry to foxrottart@gmail.com with the commission
details (pricing and options available here) as well as a description or reference photo.

• I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible with a quote and estimated timeline.

Pricing & Payment

• The pricing for the commission will be provided as a quote in response to your inquiry in accordance to the commission price sheet.

• All payments must be sent via PayPal.

• Work on the commission will begin once payment is received in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Please inform me via email as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your commission request.

• Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

• Generally, if you cancel your commission request, a refund will be provided for the portion of work not already completed.

• If I am unable to fulfill your commission request, I will provide a full refund.

Timeline

• If there is a deadline you wish to have the commission completed by, please communicate this in the initial inquiry and I will do my best to fulfill it. Otherwise, an estimated timeline will be provided with each quote.

• Any unexpected changes in timeline will be communicated early and transparently.

Scope of Work

• I reserve the right to interpret your commission request in my style. This may include minor alterations to coloring, shape, or markings, but not so much that it is unrecognizable with the reference material.

• I will do my best to produce a work that is to your satisfaction. Modifications can be requested throughout the process. Modifications are best requested earlier rather than later and additional compensation may be requested for significant alterations or additions.

• Any modifications required to meet the original description or reference material will come at no additional charge.

Communication

• All communication, including but not limited to the initial inquiry, support, and updates, should be conducted via email with foxrottart@gmail.com.

• I will provide progress updates to you on a regular basis.

• I would ask that any modification or cancellation requests be communicated with me as early as possible.

Rights & Distribution

• I will retain full rights to any commissioned work including, but not limited to, copyrights, commercial rights, and distribution rights.

• You will have the right to freely distribute or modify any commissioned work from me but must provide attribution to © 2019 FoxRott.

• I am willing to discuss pricing for granting you additional rights, including exclusive commercial or distribution rights. If this is of interest, please discuss this with me via email.

Sketch/Lineart

Sketchy lineart filled in with either a flat white or grayscale with loose shading, transparent or white background.

Bust - $6 USD
Half Body - $8 USD
Full Body - $10 USD

Flat Color

Fully colored character with transparent or flat background.

Bust - $12 USD
Half Body - $15 USD
Full Body - $18 USD

Shaded

Fully colored and shaded character with transparent or simple background.

Bust - $20 USD
Half Body - $23 USD
Full Body - $25 USD

Badge

Badge with bust of character + name. High quality files will be given or buyer can request it to be laminated and shipped with payment of shipping cost.
